Are your products safety tested?
Tammy and Elvis are safety tested according to European standards

Can I wash a bambinu product in the washing machine?
No Elvis and Tammy are not designed to wash in the washing machine. The removable mattress is water resistant, so you can handwash it easily without any effort.

Where can I find user instructions?
You can find user instructions at the back of the nest

I need to make a complaint, what do I do ?

How long do you offer returns on your website?
We offer a 14 days return. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the date has passed, the bed has signs of use or has been damaged.

Where do I enter a discount code?
You can enter the discount code at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order as we are a very busy small business at the moment but we will be happy to receive your return for a refund/voucher within 14 days of your order.

Does it cost to make a return?
As we already offer free shipping we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. Return costs will be your responsibility

The product I want to buy is out of stock, can I reserve it on your website?
Yes you can pre-order.

How long is the delivery time?
48h for free standard delivery, but you can choose next day delivery at check out
